This is a short, left-facing dihedral that curves hard left at its top, where you traverse left and up to the top of the crag. If you choose to mantel onto the top of the crag short of the end of the traverse, it goes at 5.10. It's difficult to say what would be more exciting - a fall from this route on toprope, or a fall on lead, as this line traverses a good bit left at its top.
This route is located on a small outcrop that is located a short distance up the Rose Ledge Foot Trail from the Tennessee outcrop.
TR, or a trad rack.
The Ben
The Ben's Boot outcrop. The Ben's Boot route ascends the crack in the shallow dihedral in the center of the face, and then climbs up an left through the overhangs above, to the top of the crag. Bryan MacDonald, right.
